ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume seasons, processing may take 3–5 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier.

Estimated delivery windows (carrier-provided, not guaranteed):

  • Canada: 3–6 business days
  • USA: 4–8 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary based on weather, customs, carrier delays, or local postal service conditions.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

House of Quruxley currently uses Canada Post as our primary carrier.

However, we are actively working to incorporate additional reliable and cost-effective shipping partners.

As new carriers are added, your order may ship using the option that provides the best value and speed for your location.

Carrier information and tracking details will always be included with your shipping confirmation.


LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, OR COURIER-DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, House of Quruxley is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Packages damaged during transit

For any delivery-related issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked delivered by the carrier.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • Packages delayed due to customs processing
  • Packages held or returned by customs
