📦 House of Quruxley — Store Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Once processing begins or an order ships, all sales are final.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (AFTER DELIVERY ONLY)

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, personal reasons, or sizing issues.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived defective
  • The item received is incorrect

 

To qualify, you must contact us at HouseOfQuruxley@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • All original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the return label.
  • For all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit.Refunds are issued only at the discretion of House of Quruxleys after inspection.Refunds are not issued for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference.

We cannot accept returns on sale/promo items, gift cards, or items purchased using a discount code.

LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, OR COURIER-DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, House of Quruxley is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Packages damaged during transit

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for any delivery-related issue.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

FRAUD & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

All orders are verified with shipping records, tracking scans, and fulfillment logs.

Any chargeback filed after a confirmed shipment or delivery scan will be fully disputed using documented evidence.
